Overview

Aero is looking for a Pilot Scheduler to join the Flight Operations Team, responsible for designing and communicating schedule modifications, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

In Short

• Ensure efficient utilization of pilots and track their attendance.
• Communicate schedule updates to crew members.
• Coordinate transportation and accommodations for pilots.
• Assess staffing levels for charter requests.
• Ensure compliance with crew duty and rest times.
• Support monthly schedule development.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Knowledge of FAR Part 135 and/or Part 121 operations.
• Previous scheduling or operations experience.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Benefits

• Pay Range: $55,000-$70,000 annually.
