Overview

As a Regional Sales Manager at Watts, you will drive sales in existing markets and assist in the commercialization efforts for the AERCO/PVI brands while ensuring market feedback is integrated into brand strategies.

In Short

  • Develop and implement sales plans aligned with regional goals.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports to illustrate regional performance.
  • Identify new market opportunities and business strategies.
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing teams.
  • Act as the main contact for sales representatives in the region.
  • Provide technical insights into Watts product line.
  • Travel approximately 50% to support commercialization efforts.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new ones.
  • Contribute to a team-oriented culture focused on quality and innovation.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree, preferably in a technical discipline.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical sales management.
  • Experience with refrigerant-based technologies is advantageous.
  • Proven record of growing market share in technical sales.
  • Ability to negotiate sales activities independently.
  • Mechanical and plumbing drafting abilities are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to travel to field sites as required.
