State Traffic/ITS Leader - Remote

Overview

The State Traffic/ITS Leader will support the growth of AECOM's Transportation sector, focusing on managing large Transportation projects and developing business relationships with local and state agencies.

• Lead mid to large size Traffic / ITS projects.
• Engage in business development and proposal creation.
• Provide technical input and quality control for projects.
• Manage client relationships and present technical solutions.
• Lead and manage project teams effectively.
• Develop procedures for high-quality work.
• Prepare technical specifications and project estimates.
• Participate in interdisciplinary project reviews.
• Ensure compliance with local agency specifications.
• Utilize expertise in Traffic and Traffic Simulation Software.

Requirements

• BA/BS + 10 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
• Experience in transportation project management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Established relationships with local/state clients.
• Experience in alternative delivery projects.
• Proven business development capabilities.
