Senior Rail & Transit Program Manager - Remote

Overview

AECOM is seeking a Senior Rail/Transit Program Manager to work out of our NY NJ Metro Office. This role is hybrid. The appropriately qualified applicant will support the rail group within transportation.

In Short

• Work on business development, client service, and program management within the NY Metro Market.
• Direct management of professional services consulting contracts on major rail transit projects.
• Support clients in analysis of capital and operating budgets.
• Manage staff and tasks associated with rail/transit contracts.
• Support various rail professional services pursuits related to major rail capital programs.
• Manage multidiscipline teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget on multi-million tasks or projects.
• Lead meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior to mid-level staff.

Requirements

• BA/BS +12 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Must have experience with NJ Transit, Amtrak, or Port Authority Projects.
• 18 years of experience in organizational development and leadership.
• 5 years of experience in managing the delivery of large complex rail transit projects.
• Experience must include organizational development and leadership, program management, client service management.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and business lines for integrated delivery and growth.
• Travel may be required for this position.
• Experience supporting NY/NJ Infrastructure projects.
