Proposal Specialist IV - Remote

Overview

AECOM is seeking a highly talented Proposal Specialist IV to join our West Region Marketing team. This role will work in collaboration with business development and operations teams on pursuits, including the preparation of formal and informal client solicitations.

In Short

• Lead large/complex proposals involving multiple business lines and regions.
• Facilitate workshops to support capture managers in developing win strategies.
• Serve as a coach for interview preparation.
• Conduct color reviews and apply lessons learned to proposals.
• Participate in Go/No-Go decisions and provide recommendations.
• Analyze internal debriefs and client feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support marketing strategies and content development.
• Contribute to internal training content development.
• Manage results of proposal activity.
• May have direct reports.

Requirements

• BA/BS + 6 years of relevant experience in marketing and proposal activity.
• Strong understanding of proposal and presentation strategy development.
• Preferred degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or Marketing.
• Knowledge of A/E industry and marketing best practices.
• Proficient in InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with collaborative tools like Microsoft Teams.
• Understanding of CRM Salesforce is a plus.
• Excellent writing skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities.
