Proposal Specialist III - LATAM - Remote

Overview

AECOM is seeking a highly talented Proposal Specialist III to collaborate with the East Region business development and operations team on pursuits, including preparing formal and informal client solicitations.

In Short

• Work with a global team to win work and manage information infrastructure.
• Lead marketing functions from pre-RFP to interview stage.
• Coordinate large proposals, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Participate in capture planning and positioning activities.
• Write and edit qualification-based sections of proposals.
• Provide leadership for document design and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
• Support debriefs and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain marketing data and generate reports.
• Interface with business development and technical staff.
• Participate in proposal reviews and apply lessons learned.

Requirements

• BA/BS + 4 years of experience in proposal support.
• Understanding of proposal strategy development and compliance.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
• 5+ years of experience in proposal writing preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in proposal writing and project management.
• Strong analytical skills for RFP/RFQ analysis.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a relevant industry preferred.
