PMIS Manager - Remote

Overview

The PMIS Manager at AECOM will lead the implementation and enhancement of Project/Program Management Information Systems to improve project delivery and efficiency.

In Short

• Lead PMIS software implementation and enhancements.
• Translate program delivery requirements into system configurations.
• Evaluate existing systems and define enhancement requirements.
• Monitor PMIS deliverables and enforce quality assurance.
• Develop user training and technical support documentation.
• Define and document business processes and performance metrics.
• Provide subject matter expertise to cross-functional teams.
• Use data analytics to recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve issues and implement updates.
• Work closely with stakeholders to enhance project delivery.

Requirements

• BA/BS with 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical aptitude in PMIS systems.
• Experience in large scale PMIS implementations.
• Knowledge of capital improvement program management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Visio and MS Project.
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
• Experience in business and system requirements documentation.
• Data analysis and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools.
• Certifications in Business Analysis preferred.
