Overview

AECOM is seeking a Data Centre Lead - MEA to oversee the MEA Data Centre business, focusing on countries such as KSA, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, and South Africa. This role includes both technical delivery and business growth, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or Engineering from an accredited University.
• +12 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in managing design of hyperscale data centers.
• Professionally registered as an Engineer with ECSA is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage project budgets and schedules.
• Experience in contract management.
• Ability to develop creative solutions to problems.
• Experience in client relations and business development.
• Ability to lead and foster teamwork within the design team.
