The Shift Leader for the Data Centre will oversee the engineering shift team, ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of critical facilities, focusing on risk management and service quality.

Requirements

• HV Authorised Person with experience in HV systems.
• Electrical/Mechanical Engineering qualifications (HNC/HND).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proactive approach to safety and compliance.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team.
• Willingness to attend on and off-site training.
• Integrity and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to comprehend and act on instructions.
• Experience with CMMS systems is a plus.
