BIM Coordinator (Transportation) - Remote

Overview

The BIM Coordinator for Transportation at AECOM is responsible for managing the implementation of BIM and Information Management on transportation projects, with a hybrid work schedule that allows for remote work.

• Manage BIM implementation on transportation projects.

• Assist in multidisciplinary BIM management and execution.
• Support the production of BIM management documentation.
• Configure cloud collaboration tools for projects.

• Provide technical support and training to project teams.
• Integrate Point Cloud surveys with Project Information Models.
• Support the production of 4D BIM simulations and animations.

Requirements

• Awareness of ISO 19650 framework and BIM standards.
• Experience with BIM software like Civil3D, Revit, and InfraWorks.
• Experience in a Common Data Environment like Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Strong background in technical production of model deliverables.
• Visual programming skills preferred (Dynamo, Grasshopper).
• Demonstrable portfolio of BIM projects.
• International project experience is favorable.
• Fluent in English, with strong interpersonal skills.
• High proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field with 3+ years of experience.
