Requirements

  • 8 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning or related field.
  • US citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
  • 15+ years of experience preferred with federal agencies.
  • Strong understanding of US Military culture.
  • AICP certification is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in GIS software and CAD tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Familiarity with sustainability principles and resilient design concepts is preferred.
