Requirements

  • Coding certification required (CCA, CCS-P, RHIA, RHIT, CPC, SCP).
  • Advanced training in Medical Coding Specialist.
  • 5 years of expert-level professional coding experience.
  • 3 years of experience in educating licensed clinicians.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHR systems.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration.
  • Ability to work in various environments (virtual, office, clinic).
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills required.
