Overview

The Senior Research Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting Walden University's mission by providing accurate data and insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.

• Manage projects from data collection to reporting.
• Generate ideas for improving reporting and data presentation.
• Design and execute data reports for analysis.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on student-related data.
• Support programmatic accreditation efforts.
• Consult with partners on research objectives and methods.
• Document procedures for standard operating procedures.
• Produce analytical narratives of findings.
• Maintain a library of marketing surveys and research studies.
• Comply with all policies and standards.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in higher education research.
• Experience in managing research projects.
• Strong knowledge of quantitative research methods.
• Adept at questionnaire development and analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SPSS, SQL, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong research leadership and communication skills.
• Analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact with senior leadership.
• Capability to present findings clearly.
