Product Quality Test Engineer - Hardware - Remote

Overview

As a Product Quality Test Engineer – Hardware, you'll help shape the future of our security technology. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of testing and analysis of both ADT’s new strategic initiatives and our trusted legacy security hardware portfolio.

In Short

• Simultaneously manage multiple test cases from end-to-end.
• Write test plans, cases, and conditions for manual testing.
• Monitor and evaluate product quality.
• Collaborate with product management and other teams.
• Create and maintain databases of known test cases and defects.
• Perform functional, stress, performance, and regression testing.
• Analyze complex problems and provide solutions.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree in engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in quality engineering principles.
• Proficient in statistical methods and tools for analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
