Overview

This role is an entry level position in our Retention organization, additional career progression is available into any of the Retention Teams, including Account Management, Collections, and Existing Customer Sales. The Retention Coordinator is responsible for answering incoming calls, identifying reason for the call through discovery, and transferring to the correct department for handling. This position may also require scheduling or rescheduling sales appointments, service calls, and installs related to the Retention Team. Processing cancellation requests for some cancel types also possible.

  • Entry level position in Retention organization.
  • Responsible for answering incoming calls from customers.
  • Identify reasons for calls and transfer to appropriate departments.
  • Schedule and reschedule appointments as necessary.
  • Process cancellation requests.
  • Prepare for promotion to Existing Customer Sales Representative.
  • Hybrid work model with remote and onsite work.
  • Training will be conducted onsite.
  • Requires good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must maintain professionalism in difficult situations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
  • Experience in Customer Service and Sales/Retention preferred.
  • Proficient with multiple screens and programs.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
  • Must handle confidential information responsibly.
