• Define and execute client acquisition strategy aligned with product, supply, and company growth priorities
• Build and manage a predictable acquisition engine
• Lead and develop the Sales Acquisition team
• Ensure consistent delivery of team targets
• Drive high-value negotiations and strategic deals
• Leverage personal network to unlock new business opportunities
• Monitor and optimize pipeline performance
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitors
• Contribute to new product/format development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients

Requirements

• 3+ years in client acquisition within affiliate marketing
• Strong understanding of the arbitrage ecosystem
• Experience working with global markets
• 1+ years of team leadership / mentoring experience
• Proven ability to build quality pipeline and close high-value deals
• Experience with lead generation channels
• Deep knowledge of ad formats and campaign optimization
• Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking
• Strong personal network of advertisers / affiliates
• Fluent English and Ukrainian
