  • Develop a strategic sales plan for key accounts.
  • Manage lead qualification and conversion.
  • Proactively build new relationships with named accounts.
  • Travel approximately 40-50% for client meetings and events.
  • Shape Addepar’s presence in Switzerland and the DACH region.
  • Collaborate with global sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Ensure a world-class client experience throughout the client journey.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in software sales in financial services.
  • Proven experience selling SaaS solutions to wealth managers.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS products and business models.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and German; French or Italian is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.
