Overview

The Business Consultant at The Adaptavist Group will work collaboratively with clients to transform their business challenges into actionable results, primarily focusing on the implementation and optimization of monday.com solutions.

In Short

• Conduct needs analysis and solution design workshops.
• Collaborate with clients and technical teams for efficient solutions.
• Guide clients on best practices for monday.com implementation.
• Utilize IPaaS solutions for low/no-code integrations.
• Manage multiple projects and maintain client communication.
• Craft proposals and deliver application demos.
• Propose process improvements for client efficiency.
• Compile engagement reports and provide training.
• Foster a remote-first working environment.
• Engage with clients in various time zones, primarily in the UK.

Requirements

• Experience with monday.com professional services.
• Familiarity with Agile and ITSM practices.
• Proven change management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications in the monday.com ecosystem.
• Understanding of cloud IT environments.
• Experience in project management roles.
• Knowledge of IPaaS solutions like Make.com and Zapier.
• Coding experience in C#, Java, or Python is a bonus.
• Ability to prioritize and manage workloads effectively.
