The Group Payroll Manager will oversee payroll operations across all platforms and locations in the Marmon Group, ensuring compliance with laws and delivering exceptional service to employees.

Requirements

• BS degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-5 years of progressive payroll experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Workday.
• PayrollOrg, FPC certification preferred.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Enthusiasm for teaching and helping others.
