• Engage proactively with product managers, partners, and customers to identify business needs.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Evaluate information from multiple sources and document functionality.
• Write functional design specifications and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with software developers and QA engineers.
• Perform acceptance testing and report bugs.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and propose solutions.
• Demonstrate features to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Cooperate with product managers to elaborate the product backlog.

Requirements

• Higher technical education in computer systems or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience with ERP system analysis and software design.
• Portfolio of past specifications is required.
• Experience in business software development industry for 5+ years.
• Previous experience as a Software Developer or Programming Analyst is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of software design principles and product lifecycle.
• User empathy and ability to model user behavior.
• Critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Basic Business English is required.
