Overview

Acumatica is looking for a Senior Business System Analyst to join our Platform Analytics Team in Belgrade, Serbia. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements from stakeholders, translating business needs into clear specifications, and collaborating closely with various teams to ensure feature delivery.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Design mockups and wireframes using tools like Figma.
• Model and optimize business processes.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product owners.
• Coordinate work across multiple teams.
• Monitor progress and resolve blockers.
• Provide acceptance testing and develop test cases.
• Participate in the release cycle and prepare release notes.
• Review system documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst.
• Experience in writing specifications and user stories.
• Skills in process modeling and requirements management tools.
• Experience in creating wireframes in Figma.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Experience with system integrations.
• Knowledge of BI/analytics tools.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience in large-scale or international projects.
• Professional knowledge of English; Russian is a plus.
