Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

ActiveCampaign is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing Design team. You’ll be embedded within our Platform team, shaping the foundation that powers how users experience our product at scale. This role is ideal for a designer who brings craft excellence, strategic thinking, and a strong product mindset—someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys driving clarity across complex systems.

In Short

• Drive end-to-end design for platform initiatives, from research to final implementation.
• Partner across teams to identify user pain points and improve foundational UX patterns.
• Lead with insight using research, data, and stakeholder feedback.
• Craft and share design artifacts like wireframes and prototypes.
• Conduct usability tests and iterate quickly to improve outcomes.
• Maintain visibility into post-launch performance and refine based on learnings.
• Shape and uphold a high bar for design quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with the Design Systems team to evolve reusable components.
• Mentor and support other designers through critique and guidance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably in SaaS or B2B.
• A natural curiosity for emerging tools and design trends.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking.
• Expertise in information architecture, user flows, interaction design, and visual design principles.
• Proven ability to simplify complexity and turn ambiguity into actionable direction.
• Confident communicator who can align stakeholders around a vision.
• Comfortable working iteratively in fast-moving environments.
• Experience working with design systems.
