Fractional COO - Remote

Overview

We’re helping our client, a fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand, find a Logistics & Fulfillment Manager to take full ownership of logistics and fulfillment operations. In this role, you’ll ensure stock, suppliers, and 3PL partners run smoothly as the business scales from $1M/month to $10M+/month in revenue.

In Short

• Fractional COO role requiring 2–3 days/week commitment.
• Approx. 20 hours per week.
• Remote position with AEST time overlap.
• Responsible for inventory management and forecasting stock needs.
• Oversee supply chain coordination to prevent delays or stockouts.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics partners.
• Build and monitor inventory dashboards for performance tracking.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in production and delivery.
• Support the business as it scales significantly in revenue.
• Work with a fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics and fulfillment management.
• Strong analytical skills for data and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Experience in eCommerce is a plus.
