Customer & Partner Support Representative - Remote

Overview

The Customer and Partner Support Representative will assist customers and experience providers with inquiries, issues, and general support needs, ensuring excellent service and support.

In Short

• Provide support to customers and partners via email, chat, and phone.
• Assist experience providers with onboarding and troubleshooting.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and refund/exchange requests.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve support tickets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Fluency in Danish or other European languages is a plus.
• 2 years of experience in customer support or partner management is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries.
• Full-Time position, 100% Remote.
• Working hours: M-F (CET Timezone).
