Overview

As a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Lead, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Shopify storefront's performance by implementing structured testing and funnel innovation.

In Short

• Audit the full customer journey and deliver a CRO roadmap.
• Run 3–5 experiments per week to improve conversion rates.
• Design and optimize full-funnel experiences in Shopify and PageFly.
• Launch and analyze A/B tests using various testing tools.
• Utilize GA4 and other analytics tools to uncover insights.
• Write and optimize conversion-driven copy.
• Report on KPIs and develop testable hypotheses.
• Build a CRO playbook from your experiences.

Requirements

• Experience with Shopify and PageFly.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies.
• Proficient in analytics tools like GA4 and Hotjar.
• Ability to write compelling copy for conversions.
• Familiarity with AI tools for HTML/JS snippet generation.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
