Overview

We’re looking for a culturally fluent, quick-thinking Community Copywriter to represent our brand voice across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook comments. This role lives at the intersection of copywriting, social media, and culture—replying to customers in real time with wit, personality, and brand-aligned tone.

In Short

• Write clever, on-brand responses to customer comments and DMs across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• React in real time to trends, memes, and viral moments while staying true to brand guidelines
• Turn questions, feedback, and even complaints into positive, human brand interactions
• Collaborate with social, marketing, and customer experience teams to align messaging
• Flag recurring customer insights, FAQs, and sentiment trends back to internal teams
• Adapt tone and responses based on platform, audience, and moment

Requirements

• Strong writing skills with a knack for engaging and witty communication
• Experience in copywriting or social media management
• Understanding of social media trends and culture
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams
• Quick thinking and ability to react in real time
