Overview

The Technical Claims Handler will manage vehicle claims from start to finish, ensuring excellent customer service and communication throughout the process.

In Short

  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls to customers and clients.
  • Manage vehicle claims end-to-end.
  • Use bespoke software to maintain claims information.
  • Prioritize and manage own workload effectively.
  • Provide accurate updates to team managers and customers.
  • Meet and exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with all parties for optimal repair journeys.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good time management and workload management skills.
  • Experience in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Desirable experience in the insurance and claims industry.
