Overview

As a AAA Roadside Assistance Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for members in distress on the roads, providing them with immediate assistance and support.

• Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance.

Requirements

• Prior customer service experience.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathy and a strong desire to help members in distress.
• Advanced computer and multitasking skills.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
• Comprehensive understanding of maps and traffic safety rules.
