Overview

Acre Security is looking for a passionate Software Development Engineer to support its Mobile Engineering efforts, working remotely under an Employer of Record agreement.

In Short

• Design and build mobile solutions interfacing with physical devices.
• Contribute to apps for badge-based access and integrated security.
• Work across Android, iOS, and cross-platform frameworks.
• Collaborate with backend systems within Acre Identity’s architecture.
• Develop applications using Xamarin, MAUI, Kotlin, and Flutter.
• Integrate mobile apps with badge readers and printers.
• Contribute to testing and optimizing mobile performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in mobile development.
• Proficiency in Xamarin or MAUI, familiarity with Kotlin or Flutter.
• Experience integrating peripherals via USB, Bluetooth, or network APIs.
• Understanding of mobile UI/UX and hardware compatibility testing.
