Acquis Consulting Group is a world-class management consulting firm that helps organizations design strategies and implement them effectively. We are seeking a Business Development Representative to support pipeline growth in a fast-paced environment, either remotely or in our New York office.

In Short

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities for Acquis' Managed Services practice.
  • Generate and develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs.
  • Collaborate with senior sales leaders to develop value propositions.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Research target accounts and develop outreach strategies.
  • Partner with marketing to execute targeted campaigns.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual pipeline generation targets.
  • Stay current on technology trends and product updates.
  • Support proposal development and client presentations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Experience with T&E, CRM, or procurement technology solutions preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Strong prospecting skills and consultative selling experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of client challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Knowledge of management consulting industry is a plus.
