Requirements

  • 2+ years of service experience.
  • Knowledge or interest in web development (HTML and Accessibility is a plus).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in work.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong work ethic and desire to learn.
  • Experience with Intercom, Zendesk, or similar systems is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite.
  • Ability to speak Norwegian or Swedish is preferred.
