Talent Development Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

Acorns is seeking a Talent Development Operations Specialist who will play a key role in overseeing the systems and day-to-day operations of our global Talent Development function.

In Short

• Partner with the Sr. Director of Talent Development to scale the global Talent Development function.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of Talent Development programs including onboarding and performance management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Talent Development systems and tools.
• Design and deliver global training resources to drive Talent Development initiatives.
• Work with managers and HR Business Partners to address development needs.
• Oversee reporting on program outcomes and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure adherence to mandatory training and development initiatives.
• Coordinate relationships with vendors and oversee audits for compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in organizational development and talent management.
• Expertise in managing talent management systems, especially Workday.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong change management capabilities.
• Passion for customer experience and societal change.
