Overview

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will support the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing strategies across the customer lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional partners to deliver personalized marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in lifecycle or CRM.
  • Experience in email and SMS campaign development.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Ability to translate customer behavior data into strategies.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interest in financial products or fintech experience is a plus.
