Overview

As a part of our Member Services team, you’ll impact the lives of everyday people and help them move from surviving to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions.

In Short

  • Assist members with their loan programs and provide guidance throughout their journey.
  • Communicate with members via phone and email.
  • Handle 45-55 inbound/outbound calls daily.
  • Work out arrangements with clients who are late on payments.
  • Meet monthly call center goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge.
  • Accurately notate members’ accounts.
  • Complete required training with no absences.
  • Work hybrid with 3 days in office each month.
  • Starting pay of $18/hour.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience.
  • Available for an 8-hour shift Monday - Friday.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Tempe office 3 days each month.
  • People-focused approach and solution mindset.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls.
  • Strong communication skills.
