Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in retail.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Data-driven mindset in recruitment.
• Experience managing multiple recruitment projects.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
