Overview

As a Business Analyst (Onboarding Professional) at Accurate Background, you will work with new customers to accurately gather client requirements and train them in their final setup, contributing to the mission of advancing the background screening experience.

In Short

• Manage onboarding efforts for new client accounts.
• Project manage across departments and third parties.
• Own the full onboarding cycle from deal signed until go-live.
• Set realistic expectations with clients and team members.
• Analyze client requirements and system capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in a client-facing role.
• Proven project management experience.
• Ability to explain complex solutions to clients.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Organized to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases a plus.
