In Short

• Coordinate Credit Risk projects focusing on retail and Micro/SME lending.
• Define business requirements and guide development of credit risk solutions.
• Facilitate collaboration across Risk, Business, and IT teams.
• Track project progress and report on milestones.
• Collect and document credit risk requirements.
• Co-design and optimize credit risk processes.
• Support testing and validation of solutions.
• Prepare documentation for implementation.
• Assist in monitoring and maintenance of credit risk processes.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of credit risk processes and policies.
• Proven ability to coordinate projects and manage timelines.
• Experience in preparing detailed documentation.
• Solid experience in the banking or financial services sector.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• A degree in Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong communication skills in English.
