• Lead the evolution of the Offer department and accelerate the adoption of engineering practices.
• Implement the ‘you build it, you manage it’ principle for service quality and reliability.
• Design and develop high-performance technical solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and MongoDB.
• Guide and coach the development team on engineering best practices.
• Define and monitor code quality and performance metrics.
• Ensure technical choices align with system architecture and business needs.
• Monitor technological developments and propose innovations.
• Participate in agile processes with the Product Owner and stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in software engineering and architecture.
• 3 years as a Tech Lead or similar role.
• Expertise in AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD (GitLab, GitLab CI).
• Experience in high traffic, high performance, large volumes of data environments.
• Good knowledge of agile methodologies and engineering practices.
• Ability to lead, organise, and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent command of English, with a data-driven approach.
