E-Commerce Manager - Remote

Overview

The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for driving digital success across our hotels in the US, LATAM, & Caribbean, providing strategic and tactical recommendations to enhance online performance.

In Short

• Act as Hotel digital and eCommerce leader and subject-matter expert.
• Build strong rapport with hotels digital teams.
• Support hotels in strategic planning and execution of digital marketing activities.
• Design and develop learning material for hotels.
• Conduct hotel audits to maximize online performance.
• Oversee e-commerce and digital strategy alignment.
• Provide guidance on SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Lead a team of in-hotel digital experts.
• Utilize strong analytical expertise for data-driven decisions.
• Understand luxury trends and expectations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce and Digital Marketing.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or Marketing and Communications.
• Digital Performance Expertise.
• Strong analytical expertise with focus on Tableau and GA4.
• Understanding of Distribution: CRS, PMS, connected partners.
• Knowledgeable in luxury trends and expectations.

• Salary Range: $77,000 - $110,000 annually.
