• Conduct pre-visit chart preparation by reviewing medical records.
• Identify diagnoses to be addressed during patient visits.
• Ensure compliance with ICD-10 CM coding guidelines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in pre-visit chart preparation.
• Understanding of compliance rules for chart preparation.
• Expertise in CMS HCC Risk Adjustment program.
• Experience with athenahealth is preferred.
• Familiarity with GSuite and Google applications.
• Current certification as a CPC or CRC is advantageous.
• Passion for improving healthcare for marginalized communities.
• Ability to adapt to a startup environment.
