In Short

• Support the Small Business Liaison Office with all aspects of Accenture Federal Services’ small business program.
• Create and monitor small business subcontracting plans and participation plans.
• Calculate and file ISR and SSR reports.
• Support supplier communication and outreach.
• Contribute to an effective and federally compliant small business program.
• Participate in virtual and in-person networking events.
• Assist with audit readiness process and data reviews.
• Develop working knowledge of small business capabilities.
• Coordinate logistics for internal events.
• Research public domain material related to small business regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3 – 4 years of experience in a federal government contracting environment.
• Understanding of federal rules and regulations related to small business.
• Experience in developing compliant small business subcontracting plans.
• Experience monitoring performance against plans.
• Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience using the eSRS system.
• Experience with SBLO Dynamic Business Search and SAM.gov.
