• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers in best practices for data pipeline development and management.
• Design and implement scalable data architectures including data lakes and warehouses.
• Develop and maintain complex ETL/ELT processes using modern data engineering tools.
• Establish data governance policies and ensure data quality and security.
• Leverage cloud data platforms to design and implement cloud-native solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Identify and resolve data-related performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for data solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with SQL, data modeling, and ETL pipeline building.
• Knowledge of data management fundamentals and principles.
• Experience in coding and automating processes.
• Cloud Data Services experience through certification or hands-on experience.
• Experience with CI/CD practices for data pipelines.
