Overview

The Account Executive will be an integral member of a cross functional regional Sales team, working closely with the Account Directors within region and responsible for managing the entire Sales cycle, including prospecting, closing deals, and maintaining and expanding mid-sized opportunities.

In Short

  • Manage the full Sales cycle for mid-size opportunities.
  • Maintain and grow revenue from existing and prospect customers.
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers.
  • Work with Account Directors on sales strategies.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts in the CRM system.
  • Lead RFP responses.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams.
  • Meet annual Sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably with enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Sales tools.
  • Experience in qualifying new opportunities and forecasting.
  • Ability to travel in excess of 50%.
