Overview

The University of Miami/UHealth - UMHC/SCCC Site Disease Group is seeking a Per Diem Nurse Navigator to serve as the initial point of contact for patients entering the health system, ensuring timely scheduling and coordination of care throughout the treatment process.

Requirements
