System Administrator - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on IT System Administrator to support the Academy of Digital Industries with the daily management of our tools, systems, and tech operations. You’ll work closely with our CTO, who oversees the strategic vision, while you focus on execution and making things run smoothly.

In Short

• Provide day-to-day technical support and maintenance for ADI’s IT systems.
• Manage and maintain core tools like Zapier, Monday.com, and WordPress.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Assist with system configuration and automation.
• Perform system administration tasks.
• Ensure compliance with data protection standards.
• Gather and manage requirements from internal teams.
• Maintain a backlog of technical tasks and improvements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams for technology initiatives.

Requirements

• +3 years of experience with CRM platforms and software integrations.
• Basic understanding of software development cycles.
• Proven experience with tools like Zapier and G-Suite.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations.
• Ability to document processes clearly.
• Prior experience in product ownership is desirable.
