Overview

As Head of Technology, you will be responsible for ADI’s full technical vision and execution. You will design and lead our platform strategy, ensure stability and scalability, and translate business needs into smart, sustainable technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT leading roles.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proven experience in fast-growing, startup environments.
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving.
• Experience working in multi-market, multi-language setups.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and organized chaos.
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.
• Solid background in system architecture and integrations.
• Strong understanding of scalability.
