Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Consultant to join our Customer Infrastructure Team, focusing on maintaining and improving IT systems for one of our largest global clients.

In Short

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills with VMWare vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V.
  • Experience with Azure AD and Office 365.
  • Knowledge of DNS, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with backup solutions like Veeam.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
  • Experience with physical server equipment (HPE, Dell, IBM).
  • Understanding of mail flow and security configurations.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience in configuring and troubleshooting firewalls and routers.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server environments.
