Overview

Absolute Software is looking for a Sales Engineer (“SE”) to provide technical sales support as a solution expert within our fast-growing EMEA business.

In Short

  • Remote role, ideally based in the UK or Germany.
  • Responsible for technical sales support and driving revenue growth.
  • Manage the technical sales process during discovery and validation stages.
  • Position technical solutions that provide real business value.
  • Build Proof of Value (PoV) plans and lead PoV activities.
  • Communicate feature requests and product ideas to product management.
  • Document sales cycles and PoVs in Salesforce.com.
  • Collaborate with technical peers to uncover new sales opportunities.
  • Protect the security and privacy of Absolute and its customers.
  • Fluent communication in English is required.

Requirements

  • Experience with complex technical sales cycles.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in endpoint security and IT operations.
  • Strong expertise in patch and vulnerability management.
  • Understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google).
  • Experience in IT or Security operations is advantageous.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication in English.
