Enterprise Software Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Business Analyst will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that business needs are understood, documented, and translated into effective technical solutions.

• Partner with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate client needs into detailed functional specifications and project deliverables.

• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement-gathering meetings.

• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
• Support change management activities and foster adoption of new systems.
• Lead small to mid-sized project teams, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a client-facing role.
• Experience with IWMS, CMMS, ERP, or similar enterprise applications preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• U.S.-based; must be authorized to work in the United States.
