In Short

• Lead data annotation efforts for AI model training.
• Collaborate with AI/ML scientists and product leaders.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.

Requirements

• 5+ years in data annotation or related roles.
• 2+ years in a leadership position.
• Experience with annotation platforms (e.g., Labelbox, Scale AI).
• Familiarity with machine learning research operations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in a startup environment.
